My dream reader?

I’ve got no idea who that would be.

Someone as weird as I am, I suppose.

Or someone who can read my novels and give me feedback to improve them.  That would be good.

I don’t think I’m fulfilling this assignment very well.  (Or at all?)  But I guess Blogging101 isn’t the kind of class that gives grades, is it?

Anyway, since the assignment also said to do something new (to my blog) I’m also including a photograph.  It’s of the awesome conchoidal fracture on an enormous marble in the collection at the museum where I volunteer.

Though I used the museum’s camera, I took the photo myself.  (That’s the tip of my thumb holding it up.)

I want to find a marble like that for my toy collection.  I don’t know where to find a marble that size, though.  And ideally it would have an incredible fracture like that, which would have to mean a well-used marble.  So I guess I’d have to look around at the local antique malls and hope to find something.  But that can be dangerous, financially, ’cause I might find something even more interesting, and expensive…
